Default Battery operated time clocks?

Anyone use these, or a different brand?

Have you had any issues with them in extreme cold?

As cold as it's likely to get in NH. Occasionally below zero.

You mean to say that this clock will be outside in the weather? Even if it were inside an unheated structure it should work just fine.

Badges would be cheaper and easier to use. A scan in scan out that never makes an error. A $200 computer running linux can operate the scanner plus tally hours for you. I have had to do payroll with time cards before. NEVER again. Adding up all of the hours then dealing with employees that can't even count to 10 trying to tell me I calculated their hours wrong. Don't even get me started on day lights savings.
