Default NYS raw milk dairy

THought I would say hello-

Thought I would check out the forum-
I Have a NYS permit to sell raw cow and goat milk since 2007.
All is going pretty well.
I love my dairy goats!
We raise lamancha and Nubians.
We also rasie Brown Swiss dairy cattle.
You also need to add a barter board on here-
I use one on another board it is great!

Would you recommend Lamancha over Nubian as far as being able to handle harsh winter climates?

Red face lamancha over nubians

Lamancha are hardier, less worms better legs and feet. Milk more, longer and with just as much butter fat and protien. THey also act better in the show ring and for the most part on the milk stand. We have a few nubians in the mix cause they are so cute!!
