What's on Your Winter To-Do List and What's Done?
So, the snow is finally here in earnest for the Northeast and most of the East Coast, and most growers and farmers have a little downtime (not much, of course).
What's on your winter chore list? If you're a fruit/veg/nut producer, what tasks are keeping you busy and what do you have left to work on before spring? Livestock is year-round, but there are certainly seasonal tasks set aside for snow periods; what's on your docket?
